When it comes to the Super Bowl, every person I know who is interested in football or people who are not count down the days until this day comes, even if they have no idea what’s going on. They get their favorite snacks and sit and watch their favorite team go against their rivals. As of right now there are no teams selected to play in the Super Bowl of 2025, but there are predictions. 

Personally, I believe that the Kansas City Chiefs and the Detroit Lions are going to play in the Super Bowl this year. The reason I believe that is because as of 2024 the website www.statmuse.com claims that “The Kansas City Chiefs have the most wins by a team this season, with 15 wins.’’

This states that the Kansas City Chiefs have the highest chance of being in the Super Bowl because of the amount of wins they have, plus having only one loss all season they have the highest opportunity. On the same website it says that the Detroit Lions are in second place because of their winning percentage. The Detroit Lions have a total of 14 wins this season with only 2 losses. 

 According to the website FOX Sports, it states that “The Detroit Lions right now have the second-best odds to win the Super Bowl in the entire league at +390.” This states that the Detroit Lions have the second-best odds of winning the Super Bowl of 2025.

Even though the Detroit Lions have yet to win a single Super Bowl, who knows this year could be their year to win their first ever. On the same website it states, “The Chiefs’ current Super Bowl odds (+350) are slightly better than they were before the season (+500). Based on their most recent odds (+350), the Chiefs sport a 22.2% chance of winning the Super Bowl.” Indicating that the Chiefs have the best chance of winning the Super Bowl over everyone in the NFL.

 Who knows, anything can happen and maybe none of these teams that I thought would play would make it to the Super Bowl at all.
