Traveling is an activity enjoyed by many! Whether it be with friends or family, there is nothing like the memories made during a nice vacation, short or long. Most often, people like to travel to famous spots like Disney or even Las Vegas.

I, however, chose a different route: Niagara Falls! Yes, Niagara Falls is a popular destination, but it is famous for its natural beauty, not for its big rides or fancy casinos like the other places.

One fun activity that is popular among tourists are the boat tours that navigate through the Niagara River!

This picture shows just how many passengers (the little figures in pink) take part of this activity. The boats would make one lab from the port to the falls on the right, where passengers get soaking wet, which explains why they are wearing pink ponchos!

These boat rides are available in both New York and Canada. So in order to differentiate one from the other, the boats have different designs and models, and would each alternate their travels.

The day time views of the waterfalls were gorgeous, but it was completely different at night! Here you can see the blue lights that were installed to give the natural wonder more amazement for the public to enjoy.

The lights are funded and operated by The Niagara Falls Illumination Board , and they recently replaced old lights with new energy efficient ones, which give off luminosity!

Although it can be fun to travel to an amusement park, or at a relaxing beach resort, it can be very thrilling to experience the beauty of nature and what wonders it can hold!
