Sophomore, Evan Fraser, breaks the PMHS Track record with 36.84 second time. The sophomore has been running Track since seventh grade and has been on the run to break more records.
“I wasn’t really expecting for that to happen this year. Kind of expected it to happen in the later time, but I’m super proud that I pushed myself that hard,” says Fraser, when asked about how he felt after breaking record.
Evan plans on pursuing Track later in college and taking it more seriously. “Besides an out of school job, it’s something I think about and probably might pursue and thought about, but yeah it’s a good thought.”
Fraser added, “I just plan on getting better records than this previous one and to just keep getting better,” when asked about his future goals. He would like to thank his teammates, and parents for supporting him and his goals.
Congratulations Evan! We can’t wait to see what goals you achieve.
